Course Description

The First Aid & CPR course provides learners with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to respond confidently and effectively during medical emergencies. Designed for individuals working in healthcare, education, community services, workplaces, or the general public, this course equips participants with life-saving techniques that can help stabilize an injured or ill person until professional medical assistance arrives. Participants will learn how to assess emergency situations, ensure scene safety, and provide immediate care for a variety of medical emergencies. The course covers cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs), choking response procedures, bleeding control, wound care, shock management, burns, fractures, seizures, allergic reactions, and other common emergency situations.
